Eligibility Criteria

• Nationality: Primarily Citizens of India; subjects of Nepal or Bhutan are also eligible for certain roles.
• Age Limits:
• Driver & Veterinary: 18 to 27 years.
• Nursing Orderly: 18 to 27 years.
• Carpenter: 18 to 25 years.
• Tradesmen (Gardener, Cook, etc.): 18 to 23 years.
• Key Educational Qualifications:
• Driver: 10th pass and a valid Heavy Vehicle Driving License.
• Veterinary: 10th pass with Science and one year of experience in treating animals at a recognized hospital.
• Tradesmen: Matriculation plus either two years of experience, a one-year ITI certificate with one year of experience, or a two-year Diploma in the relevant trade.

Selection Process

1. Stage I: Physical Efficiency Test (PET):
• Male: 4.8 km race in 24 minutes.
• Female: 2.4 km race in 18 minutes.
2. Stage II: Physical Standard Test (PST): Height and chest measurements.
3. Subsequent Stages: Written Examination, Skill/Trade Test, Documentation, and Medical Examination.
